AGREEMENT

Customer
Before using our services you are required to read the user agreement
and accept all the terms and conditions. The same are listed below
for your reference:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ez Hotels Travel is only acting as an agent for the companies they
represent in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings
for services that are not directly supplied by this agency. This
agency therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract
or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such
suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to
you or your travel companions or group members. Ez Hotels Travel
shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused
to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social
or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases,
local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments,
or any other actions, omissions, or conditions, outside the Ez Hotels
Travel control. By embarking up on his/her travel, the traveler
voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, where expected
or unexpected. Your retention of ticket, reservation or booking
after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement
on your part to convey the contents here to your travel companions
or group members.
TRAVEL
DOCUMENTS
It is the responsibility of individual passengers to see that proper
documentation is obtained in advance of the trip. Passports of at
least six months validity are required for all traveler. All passengers
must be in possession of visas for International destinations where
applicable. Passengers must check visa requirements for the countries
they plan to visit directly with the consulates of those countries
and obtain necessary visa prior to their departure. Ez Hotels Travel
will not be responsible for denial of boarding on aircraft. To obtain
a US Passport or to check if you require a Foreign Consulate Visa,
please visit the US
Department Website online.
INSURANCE
We highly recommend all travelers to purchase trip cancellation,
hospital, medical, and baggage insurance to protect their travel
plans.
